At GreenGateCare, we stand behind the quality of our beauty and personal care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help, subject to the terms outlined below.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. All original seals, labels, and tags must be intact where applicable, and items must be returned in their original product packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that outer shipping boxes or mailers are not considered part of the product’s original packaging.

Skincare and beauty products such as creams, serums, oils, masks, cleansers, and cosmetics must be unopened and unused. Products that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Personal care and wellness items including massagers, beauty tools, grooming devices, and wellness accessories may be opened only for basic inspection. These items must remain in like-new condition with no signs of use, wear, scratches, residue, or damage. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included. Any signs of use will void return eligibility.

Hygiene-sensitive items such as facial tools, applicators, rollers, and brushes are eligible for return only if unopened. Opened items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

The following items are not eligible for return: opened or used skincare, beauty, or personal care products; hygiene-sensitive items once opened; customized or personalized products; digital products or downloadable content; final sale or clearance items; and gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us at shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, product name, and reason for return. If approved, a Return Authorization number and return instructions will be provided within 1–2 business days.

Returned items must be shipped securely in their original product packaging and include the Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. All returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days after approval, while Shop Pay or PayPal refunds usually take 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping fees. Priority handling is provided within 24–48 hours.

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and duties unless the item is defective or incorrect. International return processing may take 7–14 business days.

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. Return procedures may vary depending on the fulfillment source, but all approved returns must comply with this policy.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a replacement item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive, repetitive, or abusive return activity, as permitted by law.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
